As VP, Mortgage Banking Manager, Angela leads a team of lenders, processors and underwriters who make homes happen. Angela has 21+ years of experience in the financial industry and gives her time as a volunteer for boards and committees like Mortgage Banking Regulations, South Dakota Symphony, SDSO EDI and the RASE Finance Committee..

Sarah Wilson, VP, Mortgage Sales Manager, leads our mortgage bankers and mortgage loan assistants to provide our customers with a seamless home loan process. She stays active in the community by volunteering with Meals on Wheels, United Way and EmBe Girls on the Run. She is also a member of the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire and SME Sioux Falls.

From application to closing, Mortgage Banker Shaye Bloch is committed to making your home happen. Shaye relocated to Sioux Falls from Aberdeen, South Dakota when he joined First PREMIER. He is a member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and enjoys being active outdoors.

Paul has been in the financial industry for 23+ years. He has spent the past decade making homes happen as a Mortgage Banker. Paul is also a proud veteran of the South Dakota Army National Guard, serving with the A Battery 1/147th FA. He currently is a member of the American Legion Codington County Post 17.

Mortgage Banker Karlee Mannes has nearly a decade of mortgage experience and is ready to help make your home happen. She is a member of Sioux Falls Business and Professional Women, REALTOR Association of the Sioux Empire, Homebuilders Association and Young Professionals Network. When not helping customers, Karlee enjoys spending time with her family.

As a First PREMIER Mortgage Banker, Dez works with customers from the area to make the mortgage process as easy and efficient as possible. He brings effective communication and technical skills and more than 20 years of business experience to the First PREMIER team. Dez is also an active volunteer in the community.

Steven is a Mortgage Banker at our Madison, SD location. He has more than 20 years of banking experience and solid understanding of the Madison housing market. He is a member of the South Dakota Retailer’s Association and the Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce.

Kyle, a First PREMIER Mortgage Banker, uses his extensive experience in the industry to make the purchasing or refinancing process as easy as possible. Kyle is active in several local organizations and volunteers his time with his local church and faith community.

Cory, a First PREMIER Mortgage Banker, is making homes happen for individuals, couples and families. Cory serves our community by volunteering on multiple committees, including the Steering Committee for RASE’s YPN. He’s also the Co-Chair of the Membership Committee for the Chamber’s YPN and is Vice Chair of the Membership Committee for the Sioux Falls HBA.
