PREMIER Benefits





At PREMIER, our associates are our most valuable resources. Both full- and part-time PREMIER associates are eligible for select benefits, making our employment package one of most competitive in our market.


A balance between work and personal time is important to keep people happy, healthy and energized. That's why PREMIER offers a competitive time off package for both our full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

The PREMIER Time Off bank includes paid vacation time, floating holidays, perfect attendance hours and United Way hours for those who meet the criteria.

Full- and part-time associates are awarded sick and holiday hours separately from Paid Time Off.

401(k) Plan

PREMIER offers a highly competitive 401(k) plan for full-time associates. Associates become eligible on the first of the month following 90 days of employment. The plan features:

  • Dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% of total compensation
  • Match contributions that are:
    • made to associate investment accounts every pay period.
    • immediately 100% associate-owned.
  • Investment advice is provided at no cost to assist associates in seeking guidance.

Medical Benefits

Coverage is available to both full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Associates are free to choose between two different single deductible plan options:

  • $2,000 Traditional Plan (PPO)
  • $3,000 High Deductible Plan (HDHP)


PREMIER offers four tiers of medical coverage:

  • Employee
  • Employee plus spouse
  • Employee plus child(ren)
  • Family 

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Associates may elect to participate in the medical expense reimbursement program when enrolled in the traditional health plan or if it is elected as a stand alone benefit without health insurance. 

Health Spending and Limited Flexible Spending Accounts

Associates who choose the high-deductible medical plan may elect to participate in the health spending account (HSA) and/or choose the Limited Flexible Spending Account (dental and vision only) expense reimbursement program. The company will contribute a lump sum contribution as well as a per pay check contribution to your HSA based on your health insurance coverage election.

Dental Benefits

Comprehensive dental and orthodontia coverage is provided to associates, their spouses and/or children at no cost. Coverage is available to both full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Vision Benefits

Our base plan coverage provides associates an eye exam with a $10 co-pay, contacts, discounts on lenses and frames for associates, their spouses and/or children at no cost. Associates may also elect a “buy-up” plan, which provides a richer vision benefit than the basic plan. Coverage is available to both full- and part-time associates who work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Disability Coverage

PREMIER provides short- and long-term disability to all regular full-time associates following eligibility guidelines at no charge. 


Group Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Group life and AD&D insurance is provided at no cost to associates, spouses and/or children. Additional optional life and AD&D may also be purchased.

Other, Voluntary Insurance

PREMIER provides voluntary accident and/or critical illness benefits to all regular full- and part-time associates. 

Associate Well Being Programs

PREMIER’s Kick Start initiative is a multi-dimensional wellness program that promotes the overall well-being of our associates, families, company, community and environment. The program focuses on all areas of health and wellness including physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, financial and occupational wellbeing. Associate wellness initiatives are offered throughout the year.

Recognition & Appreciation

We recognize our PREMIER Performers and Eagle Service associates during quarterly staff meetings across the PREMIER organization. We also host special events and celebrations to express our appreciation for employees.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Associates and family members are eligible for free counseling sessions per occurance. Travel assistance, legal resources, finanical life planning and identity recovery services are also available.

Adoption Assistance Program

Full- and part-time associates are eligible for a reimbursement of expenses for adoption.

Banking Benefits

Mortgage assistance and banking services are available to all associates.
