Q&A with the Experts

Part of the PREMIER internship program includes opportunities to meet and interact with PREMIER executives, leadership and employees in a variety of positions. From mortgage and business banking to HR and IT, our interns are presented with all possibilities.

 

Speed Mentoring

Speed Mentoring is a PREMIER favorite. Students are given 10 minutes at each table to ask questions of PREMIER executives, department heads and customer service associates. It’s an afternoon where learning doesn’t feel like learning!

 

Culture of Giving Back

Part of our culture at PREMIER is giving back to the communities we serve. Our employees annually give 30,000+ volunteer hours to local organizations. Interns are encouraged to take part in community projects and volunteer alongside their PREMIER mentors.

 

Brain Breaks

We aren’t all about business. We also believe in having a little fun. Whether it’s an executive leadership social or a night at a local escape room, PREMIER interns will learn the value of working and playing hard.

Paid Internship Opportunities

Typically, PREMIER opens internship positions in January and February. Timing of internships can be flexible based on your school schedule. However, internships typically start in mid-May and end in early August. PREMIER also offers work scholarships throughout the school year. See our Careers page for open positions.
